I’m Personal Chef Meadow
In a search for true balance in life, I have embarked on a mission to heal through food.
I began cooking for health in 1992 when I realized that I had too many food sensitivities to sustain a healthy body from what I was eating. I went on to train at the highly celebrated Natural Gourmet Culinary Institute for food and health in New York City.
There I learned how to translate the food that we have grown to love into the food that our bodies love
I work with families and individuals committed to healing their bodies through food. Everybody's ecosystem is unique and finding solutions to disease is often a riddle that I am committed to, and I see it as a privilege that I am a part of the healing process.
Clients find me in a variety of ways and I am often collaborating with naturopaths and doctors
